Join Poplar Forest for a day focused on the family, including hands-on activities, scavenger hunts and demonstrations. Saturday, August 3 features the theme of All Fun and Colonial Games, including a tin-punch activity, ongoing games of trap ball, three-legged races, and colonial hoops, and sit-down activities like mancala, checkers, dominos and watercoloring. Take-home crafts include watercolors and tin punch sheets.

Admission fees: $16 for adults; $14 for seniors (ages 65+) and military (must show ID); $8 for college students (must show ID) and teens (ages 12-18); $4 for youth (ages 6-11); and free for children under age 6 and Poplar Forest members.
